Admissions Process

We have a 2-step admission process. We do not accept walk-ins at this time, but admissions can still often be scheduled same-day or scheduled in advance. To begin, give us a call at 800-481-8457.

Step 1

First, we will get some preliminary information from you over the phone, such as the frequency of your substance use, type of substance use, name, and date of birth. We will also verify your insurance coverage and determine any out-of-pocket expenses, such as deductibles or co-pays. Please have your insurance card ready or policy ID. We do allow payment plans for out of pocket costs. We accept most insurance plans. If you are not insured, we also accept self-pay clients. Please contact us for an assessment and a self-pay quote.

Step 2

Next, we will schedule a pre-assessment which is conducted over the phone. Pre-assessments take 15-20 minutes and include questions about your physical & mental health. This is reviewed by our treatment and compliance teams to ensure you are a fit for our program. If you are a fit for our program, we then schedule your admission time. Once admitted, you will have a more in-depth intake assessment with our clinical and nursing teams.

We strive to make the admission process as smooth and comforting as possible. Don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope to hear from you!

    • I was at my wits end. Battled a miserable 10 year addiction and I never thought I'd make it out of it. The thought of living a sober life just didn't seem … read more possible to me at all. I tried getting into multiple other facilities and failed mostly due to insurance problems. Luckily OARC accepted it and right when I walked in the doors of this place I knew why i didn't get in anywhere else. I felt at home honestly, even as scared as I was I just knew I was where I needed to be. Never spent a day of my life sober in that 10 year period so I was beyond scared to say the least. Not only did the staff go above and beyond for every single person in there but the other patients were awesome. The vibe is amazing from everybody in there and that makes it that much easier to enjoy sobriety. This place literally saved my life. I was a set on dying man but this place helped me find myself and the person I'd always wanted to be and I still don't know how ill ever be able to give back enough to them. This is the place for you if you're ready to change your life for the better. You can't do it alone and I definitely lucked out with this being my first rehab center that I ever stepped foot into and I'm hoping it's the last unless I'm just visiting on my own time lol. I can go on for days about how wonderful this place really is. To sum it up though, if they can save me they can save anybody. Much love to everybody in this place, it's definitely one of a kind.
